In 2006 Creative Moondance Treasures (CMT) hosted its first showcase at the North American Folk Music and Dance Alliance ( www.folk.org ) Conference in Austin, Texas. The CMT Showcase audiences of radio people, concert promoters, talent buyers and other musicians featured 46 artists over 4 days. The room was described as having a “good vibe” by both performers and audience members. See the photo album for the 2006 Folk Alliance Performers. The 2006 CMT Showcase room was such a success that we hosted an authorized private Showcase room at the 2007 North American Folk Music and Dance Alliance Conference in Memphis, TN. Creative Moondance Treasures will be hosting an authorized private Showcase Room at the 2008 North American Folk Music and Dance Alliance February 20-24, 2008 in Memphis, TN. |
